Do you have existing staff who manages teams and/or projects, and achieve operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the organisation’s strategy that is required?
The person’s key responsibilities may include creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial and resource management, talent management, coaching and mentoring.
If so, Newham College are offering the OPERATIONS OR DEPARTMENTAL MANAGER Level 5 apprenticeship with a cohort starting in April 2023. This can be fully funded through your apprenticeship levy or our partnership with LPC.
